I told him the condiments were over at the other counter and he just keels over there on the floor. Then I called you guys." "Wouldn't be the first time I've seen something like this." "Oh, you'd be surprised what you see on a Friday night." the cashier replied, shaking her head some at the two officers that were present. "Just glad I didn't' have to get out the mop this time." "Indeed." the one officer replied then gave a nod. "Thanks for the fresh food, by the way." "No problem boys. If you need something, just call ahead and I'll get it for you." "Will do." the officer replied as he headed out of the gas station's front door with the other. They walked around the side of the business where two patrol cars were parked, a third just pulling away with the knocked out drunkard. The dalmatian, the one which had spoke with the cashier, shook his head and snagged a pack of cigarettes from his pants pocket, lighting up after a moment. "Sometimes, I wonder why I even wanted to transfer to the night shift." he spoke to the other after letting out a smokey sigh. The german shepherd chuckled a little and waved a bit of the smoke away from his nose. "There's weird things that happen this time of night that you will never see during the day." he then grinned and gave a nod towards the street corner opposite to the gas station. "And despite what they do, there's some pretty good lookers around here." The dalmatian took a long stare over the street, a tigress and wolf leaning against the side of the building there, dressed rather lightly in some revealing clothing. "True to that, but looking is about all those kind are good for. Asides…" the dalmatian flashed his paw at the other, a gold band around one of his fingers. "I've got one all to myself back at home." "I know." the shepherd replied then gave a shrug. "Still nothing?" the other asked. "Yah, it's difficult to get anything around here anymore." "What about that wolf thing? The alien wolf thing?" "The Kayeer? If we could find her, hell, I'd give her a go." "Taste for the other meat I see…" "Oh no, none of that. Shi was very sweet and kind. I can deal with the extra if need be." the shepherd sighed. "Too bad I only went out once with hir before shi disappeared." "Any leads on that?" "Nadda. The tender at the bar where shi was last seen saw hir walking out with a dragon, another Jane Doe." "Dragon. Heh. Never trust them, not one little bit." the dalmatian spoke. *shhhht* "Four-Five-Nine David" *click* The shepherd reached for the mic attached to his uniform, tilted it and spoke a bit. "Four-Five-Nine David, go ahead." "We just got a call-in about a possible missing person. Conner residence, their daughter hasn't called in two weeks and they're a little worried. They asked if an officer could go over to the daughter's place and have a look around, just in case." "Strange for this time of night. What's the address?" the shepherd replied over his radio. "Three-Forty-Seven WestBrook." "Alright, I'll head over and take a look." he spoke then turned to the dalmatian. "See yah later." "Yup, have fun with that." The shepherd stepped into his patrol car, started and pulled out of the gas station parking lot. The drive was short to get to the address, just a few blocks up the road and down to the right some. He parked alongside the road in front of the place, stepping out and glancing around. The house was empty, or at least seemed to be. No lights on, not even a front porch light. There were two vehicles in the driveway and the front lawn was overgrown with weeds, looking like it hadn't been cut in quite some time. He could see a lawnmower out front, covered with a tarp. The for sale sign pitched out front swayed some in the wind, a slight creak emitted from the hangers the board hung on. A large 'Sold' sticker was plastered over the sign, though was starting to peel off. "Four-Five-Nine David, at the address. Looks like no one has been here in some time, but there are vehicles parked in the drive. I'm gonna look around." the shepherd called on his radio. "Four-Five-Nine David, go ahead." The officer pulled out his flashlight and walked up the sidewalk to the porch. He didn't even bother with the door, instead flicking on the light and looking in through a side window. He couldn't' see much due to the curtains being partially drawn, but could tell whoever was here, had just moved in, or were moving out. A few boxes piled up with various things written on them. He thumbed the doorbell a few times then gave a knock. "Beuard County Police, anyone home?" He called out and waited for a reply. There came no answer. He walked to the side of the porch and looked around the side of the house while scanning the area with his flash light. He quickly noticed the two cars parked in the drive were covered with leaves and other such debris, looking as if they hadn't moved in some time. "Four-Five-Nine David, there appears to be no one home. Permission to check around back and enter the property?" he radioed in. "Four-Five-Nine David, Permission granted." The shepherd walked around the porch and headed past the two parked cars, opening the back fence gate and glancing about the back yard. The area was overgrown, just like the front of the house. Must be on vacation, he thought to himself as he stepped up the back steps. There was a few boxes piled here as well, the contents mixed up some, the boxes about ready to fall apart due to being damaged by rain the previous night. After a few looks into the house through the windows, he tried the back door, which was unlocked, and stepped into the house. he tried the light switch next to the door, but the bulb didn't light. "Anyone home?" he called out once more, ears perking up then at a dull thud from upstairs. His paw went to his gun, unclasping the holster and sliding the weapon free, taking off the safety. He then turned to his radio and clicked it on. "Four-Five-Nine David. Possible break in at address, no signs of forced entry, back door is unlocked. Proceeding armed, suspect possibly upstairs. Have backup and medical on standby." "Copy Four-Five-Nine David. Medical and backup on standby." "This is the Beuard County Police, show yourself, hands in the air!" he called out, though once again, no answer. After waiting a few moments he pushed forward, checking each room for anyone before spotting the stairs. He took one more last glance around then headed towards them casting the flashlight up the stairs to check for anyone. Satisfied that no one was present, he took his time heading up the narrow steps. At the top he found a pile of boxes and other things, some of them had fallen over and spilled their contents onto the floor. There was a door to his left, an ironing board was propped against the handle with the back end lodged against the wall, making it impossible for the door to open. The shepherd didn't waste time pushing the boxes out of his way, then pushing over the ironing board. He slowly opened the door and stuck both gun and flashlight within the room. It seemed to be empty, though as well furnished; the blankets on the bed were mess, and there was pillows tossed on the floor. After a moment of looking in, he opened the door fully and stepped in, glancing about. Something strange caught his eyes; a glass cube set on the nightstand next to the bed. There was a sphere within the cube which seemed to float and glow with an eerie blue haze. His attention was drawn away when an odd muffled sound came from somewhere within the room along with a squeak, like two balloons rubbing together. Turning away from the cube, he looked about the room, then headed around the bed. He saw something shift in the darkness, something large, and he quickly moved around the bed more and cast his light over the area. The shepherd was stopped in his tracks at what he saw there. Two figures lay there on the floor in front of him, their bodies completely covered in some kind of black substance. Their forms were sleek and the material that held them appeared glossy, like glass. They were both obviously female, one a canine while the other feline. The canine was on her back while the feline was straddled atop her. He could see the feline's hands on her back, and upon closer inspection, coated over with the black material and stuck to her lower back. The feline was grinding her hips down against the other, another muffled sound coming from the feline, a thick, though stifled moan. The officer was bewildered a moment but quickly shook his head. "Umm.. ladies? Are you ok?" he spoke up after a moment, unsure of what to think of the situation in front of him. He knew the stuff on their body was latex, perhaps those latex fetish outfits he often saw others wear out on the streets at night. Neither of the two responded to him, they didn't even seem to be aware of his presence. They just kept up their motions, seeming engaged in some sort of sexual activity. "Uhmm.. excuse me?" he asked once more, then reached out and placed his paw on the feline's shoulder. She suddenly twisted about and let out a thick whine, stopping her hip's motions and thrashing her arms some. "Whoa, hey! It's just the police. I'm just here checking out..." he slowed in his words and looked the two over. The feline pushed herself away from the canine and seemed to whimper, almost cry as she pushed her way to the shepherd, pushing herself against his leg. The canine remained still for a moment then pushed herself up as well, quickly getting to her feet and letting out a thick whine. The canine was bound a little different form the feline, her arms seemed sealed together in front of her, opposite paw to opposite elbow. When she looked up to him, is when he found something seriously wrong. She didn't have any eyes, or at the very least, they were coated over by black material. Even her lips were coated over, and he could see into her ears, thick and smooth material inside the triangle shaped ears. They both seemed to be trapped in the suits, and with a quick glance over their bodies, no zipper was found either. He remained calm, though, despite the two clad female figures before him, easily able to see every detail of their bodies, including the canine's piercings. "Four-Five-Nine David. Send Medical, two victims… uhhmm… unknown condition… both are aware and breathing... uhmm… just get them here." The shepherd holstered his gun and put his paws on the canine. "Sit down here." he spoke, guiding the canine down onto the bed. He turned to look at something he spotted out of the corner of his eye. The sphere in the glass box was now glowing brighter then it was before. He put it out of his mind, must be one of those glow-in-the-dark trinkets, he thought. After the canine settled on the bed, he removed his paws from her shoulders, finding the covering on her a bit tacky, leaving a sticky feeling on his pawpads. He then moved to help the feline up. "An ambulance is on the way. They should be able to do something... about this..." he spoke. The canine squirmed a little then let out a little whine, turning one way then the other, pushing her snout against the feline's cheek. The officer shook his head a bit then felt a strange tingle along his paws. Turning to look, his eyes widened at what he saw. A black substance had coated his paws, having matted down the fur but not preventing movement; the edges of the black material had a blue haze to them, and it was quickly spreading up his arms, reaching his elbows within moments and diving under his uniform. The shepherd could feel it progressing, spreading across his chest, he letting out a gasp as the material coated over his chest and tightened around, spreading down lower over his belly and up his neck. "Oh god… what the hell?!" he spoke in a wild tone, looking down to the two females then at the coating of glossy black on his arms. He brought his paws to his neck, feeling the material flow up around his neck and head for his cheeks and lower jaw. As it spread over his jaw he could feel the warm fluid dip into his sheath and flow around his semi-stiffened shaft; the images of those two females as they were having got to him a little bit. He let out a low groan and fought the feeling of his penis being coated over with that black material. He reached for his radio, but just as he was about to speak, his lips were pulled shut, latex webbing having strung between and pulled his snout closed, sealing it just like what appeared on the two females. He shook his head in desperation, feeling more of that material poor into his mouth and form something very male. "Mffff!" he sputtered, eyes once again catching the glowing object on the nightstand. Without a second thought he moved around and grabbed up the glass cube, turning to the two other felines, what was going on quickly being figured out within his mind. He quickly threw the cube to the floor, attempting to shatter it. But that did no good. The lid popped open, but the glass remained undisturbed. He groaned deeply as the object in his snout pushed further back then something even more wrong to his mind; a thick object pushing its way into his rear; his eyes went wide at the invasion and pain accompanying the intrusion, letting out a thick whine against the gag. He quickly tried his flashlight, beating at the glass box with the heavy end. Not a dent, scratch, ding or crack forming. The two females suddenly whimpered out, sounding like pleasure, they laying over on the bed and squirming about. The shepherd was growing desperate; he could feel the last bit of material close around his toes inside his boots. One last thought occurred to him, turning to grab at his gun. He found that he couldn't release the flashlight, the paw now coated fully with the digits sealed together and secured around the flashlight. He fumbled with the holster clip though, getting it open and pulling his firearm free. Just as he grabbed the weapon, the latex of the free paw melded together, leaving his paw molded right to the gun. The material tingled around the edges of his face once more, now pushing higher towards his eyes. He made his motions quick, pointing the gun's barrel into the box at the sphere. The shepherd forced to close his eyes as the material spread over the lids, only moments before he squeezed, then squeezed again, and again. The cube didn't shatter, but the sphere within liquefied on the first shot, splattering the inside of the cube and the floor some. The second shot shattered the glass cube, the third destroying what was left of the larger pieces of glass. There was a loud screech in his mind, causing him to double over and cry out into his bound snout. The material on his body seemed to ripple, the canine feeling some painful sensations all over his body. The screech tapered off and was soon silent, the material on his face having seemed to stop moving. Moving his legs some, he placed his knee on the flashlight and pulled; the latex tearing around his paw and freeing it. Quickly, he moved to the other paw. using his now free claws to tear into and pull off the latex. Using both free paws then to peel at the edges of the latex and tear it from his face. The material wasn't stuck down in his fur, it had just coated over it, matting it down tightly against his body. It took him a few moments to rip the covering around his snout, gagging some as he pulled the long object from his throat and tore it free, dropping it aside before getting up and going to the two females where they lay. Checking for pulses, he then carefully tore into the material covering their faces, working free the plugs in their ears and the coating over their eyes. The feline, which he had started with, became frantic as she felt the latex being torn away from her body. "Mnff!" she sputtered once her eyes were uncovered, and soon, the shepherd tore the latex around her muzzle, freeing her lips and slowly removing the thick gag lodged in her snout. "Oh god!" shi cried out and shook. "Thank you..." she couldn't contain herself, breaking out into tears, "Help her, quickly!" The feline turned to her partner while she yanked at her arms, the latex over her paws splitting and ripping free from her back. The officer gave a nod and followed suit with the husky, tearing away the latex carefully to expose her face and removing the gag. She coughed a bit and gasped for air, panting a little. "Thank you..." she whimpered in reply. .... There came a solid set of knocks on the front door and a deep voice calling into the house. "Hello? Anyone home?" "Hey!" the husky called back before bounding out to the front room to let the shepherd into the house, quickly giving him a firm hug. "Ooff... hey there!" he smiled and returned the hug back, his tail flicking on its own accord. "Where's the kitty?" "She's around back, sunbathing. Come on!" the husky giggled happily then pulled on his arms. "Come on, the grill isn't ready yet for you, weren't expecting you this early." "I got off my shift earlier last night and slept early, figured I'd surprise you two." he smiled. The husky only giggled, her own tail whipping about. "I don't think you can surprise us anymore, not with saving us and all a couple weeks back. We can't thank you enough..." she sighed, then shook her head. "Come on, no more of that." The husky led him out to the back yard where he found the ocelot laying out in the sun, topless and laying belly down. She gave a little wave of her tail at him, and he just shook his head. "You two..." he gave the feline a silly grin. The husky wandered by, giving the male's rear a brushing with her tail. "Us two what?" the husky spoke back. "Nothing at all." he smirked, perking his ears as he heard the front doorbell ring. "I'll get it for yahs." The shepherd went through the house to the front door. Upon opening it, he spotted a delivery truck pulling away from the driveway. He gave a wave to the driver then leaned down to pick up the small package that had been left. It was a few inches in each dimension and addressed plainly to 'Home Owner' at the address of the house. It was marked from a street in the city, that he knew didn't exist. He took the box out back to the girls and handed it to the husky, who had now striped down to a rather slim bikini. "Expecting a delivery?" "I didn't order anything." the husky spoke, taking the box and looking it over. "Did you?" she asked, looking over to the ocelot. "Nope. Open it?" The husky made quick work of the tape that held the plain box closed. The shepherd looked on intently as she tore into it. Inside was a bunch of balled up brown paper packed around a square object. The husky pulled some of the paper away then a few sheets off the top. Both the husky and shepherd froze at the contents. "What?" the ocelot spoke up, "What is it?" Neither of the canines replied. The feline huffed and got up, wandering over and peeking within the box. It sat right in the middle of the box, a glass cube no more than a few inches in each direction. It was polished and clear, crystal like. Inside, floating on its own, was a single black sphere which had a soft blue fog floating around its surface; swirling like waves of water. The glow then grew brighter as the three stared down at it. Despite what had happened even after release, they were still prisoners of the orb. |
